Leith joins Timmy Hill for the NASCAR race in Charlotte
RALEIGH, North Carolina, May 24, 2022 /PRNewswire/ — After supporting the NASCAR driver Timmy Hill at the Charlotte ROVAL from 2018 to 2020, including an appearance in the 2019 Memorial Day Weekend Xfinity Series race, LeithCars.com is thrilled to be back on board with Hill as he prepares for the North Carolina Education Lottery 200 of Friday night.
Friday night’s race, however, will be the first time Leith has teamed up with Hill’s own racing team, Hill Motorsports, having sponsored the number 66 Toyota Camry and Supra NASCAR Xfinity cars, driven by Timmy Hill for MBM (Motorsports Business Management). Hill co-founded his own racing team in 2019 to compete in the NASCAR Camping World Truck Series with his brother, Tyler Hillfielding a pair of Chevrolet race trucks.
“We switched to Toyota this season, we are very happy with it,” said Hill, in a recent interview for Leith’s Zero to 60 TV Series. “Our Toyota Tundra Pro, they came out beautifully. I always love working with Leith Cars and I love having them on our cars, or in this case, our a truck. For this race, we love Memorial Day weekend and what it represents. We will have a patriotic program on the truck, and we are looking forward to integrating Leith Cars into this program and having a really great race in Charlotte.”
“We’re really happy to be back on board with Timmy, especially at Charlotte Motor Speedway,” said Marc Arsen with Leith. “Timmy got into the top 20 in the new Tundra, so we can’t wait to see what the team can do on Friday night.”
The green flag will fall on Friday night’s truck race at 8:30 p.m. ET and will air on FS1, The Motor Racing Network and SiriusXM.
