Plans to begin efforts to commercialize patent-pending technology with major electric vehicle manufacturers

SUNNY ISLES BEACH, Fla., November 01, 2021 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) – Elektros, Inc. (OTC: ELEK) today announced that it has obtained a patent pending license for a self-recharging battery pack and a charging kit multiport. The pending patent relates to a device application for the United States letters patent was filed on October 27, 2021 with the United States Patent and Trademark Office.

Elektros will target electric vehicle manufacturers, such as Waymo, Envoy, Lucid Motors, Revel, NIO and Nikola with its patent pending technology, as well as alternative fuel vehicle manufacturers. The Company plans to begin its activities in the design, development, manufacture and sale of fully electric sport utility vehicles and energy production and storage systems.

In the electric vehicle segment, there are three primary means of powertrain electrification that will differentiate various competitors from our planned electric sport utility vehicle, as well as potential users of our patent pending battery charging technology.

  • Electric vehicles are vehicles that are fully powered by a single on-board energy storage system (battery or fuel cell) that is powered directly from an electricity source.

  • Plug-in hybrid vehicles are vehicles powered by both a battery with an electric motor and an internal combustion engine that can be refueled with both traditional petroleum fuels for the engine and electricity for the battery. The internal combustion engine can either run in parallel with the electric motor to power the wheels, as in a parallel plug-in hybrid vehicle, or be used only to recharge the battery, such as in a plug-in hybrid vehicle like the Chevrolet Volt.

  • Hybrid electric vehicles are vehicles powered by both a battery with an electric motor and an internal combustion engine, but which can only be refueled with traditional petroleum fuels, as the battery is charged via regenerative braking, like that used in a hybrid electric vehicle like the Toyota Prius.

Shlomo Bleier, CEO of Elektros, Inc. said: “This achievement is the first of many milestones that will add a solid foundation for building our sustainable competitive advantage. This intellectual property allows us to protect our assets globally and move towards commercialization. Mr Bleier continued, “We believe this technology could be a game-changer for the electric vehicle industry. We plan to not only include it in our own designs, but also aggressively market the technology to major electric vehicle companies. “
